We aim to post all items within one working day of receipt of payment as every thing listed on this site is held in stock we normally achieve this but some times despite our best efforts some thing goes wrong should this happen we will contact you to let you know what is happening. We don’t post on Saturdays.
We try to ensure that your items reach you in the first rate condition but should some thing happen and for some reason this does not happen due to circumstances beyond our control please contact us so we can try to rectify the situation.
Where possible we send all items by 1st class mail certain items are too large or heavy and are sent by other means. All item should arrive in 1 or 2 days.
Charges
UK order are charged at a flat rate of £4.49
Returns
Should you be unhappy with your item I am happy to arrange a refund of the items cost but you must contact me within 14 days of it arriving and the item must be returned within 21 days in the condition that it was recieved and a copy of the invoice must be included.
If the item was faulty then a full refund will be given otherwise there is a 15% handling and restocking charge and the p&p will also not be refunded.
